Governing law

Amicable resolution

• ✓ The affected party is encouraged to submit dispute details and available evidence through the official contact channels before commencing court proceedings.
• ✓ The company will seek to review and respond within a reasonable period based on the nature and complexity of the dispute.

Jurisdiction

• ✓ If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law unless a valid written agreement provides another mechanism.

Urgent relief and violations

• ✓ The company may seek urgent or injunctive relief to stop a security breach, intellectual property infringement, or threat to the platform.
• ✓ The amicable-resolution process does not prevent either party from reporting suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
