2. User accounts

• ✓ Users are responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential.
• ✓ Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription plans and pricing

• ✓ VersaPoint ERP provides monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• ✓ Subscription fees are displayed according to the customer location: customers inside Egypt pay in EGP, while customers outside Egypt pay in USD.

4. Trial/demo accounts

• ✓ Trial/demo accounts may be provided for a limited period.
• ✓ Commeit Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate demo offers at any time.

5. Payments

• ✓ All payments must be made through the approved payment methods available on the website.
• ✓ Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refunds

• ✓ Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
• ✓ Eligible customers may submit a refund review request within fourteen (14) days from the payment date, subject to the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• ✓ Users agree not to violate applicable laws or regulations.
• ✓ Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the system.
• ✓ Users agree not to distribute malware, harmful content, or interfere with platform operation.

8. Intellectual property

• ✓ All software, trademarks, content, and materials related to VersaPoint ERP remain the exclusive property of Commeit Solutions.

9. Service availability

• ✓ We strive to provide a stable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• ✓ Maintenance and technical updates may sometimes affect access to the service.

10. Limitation of liability

• ✓ Commeit Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of VersaPoint ERP.

11. Changes to terms

• ✓ We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• ✓ Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
